The Lucques olive

The Lucques olive is the emblematic variety of Languedoc and is cultivated only in the south of France and more particularly in Occitania, because of its ideal climate. Its characteristic crescent moon shape sets it apart at first glance, as does its apple and almond aromas on the palate.
